The Lodge building is in the heart of Hull's historic Old Town at the junction of Dagger Lane & Prince

Street, (HU1 2LU) Traffic congestion and parking can be a problem so give yourself plenty of time to

get there.

Access to the Lodge from the South Church Side direction is via a pedestrian archway, adjacent to the "Head of Steam" in Holy Trinity Market Place, this leads through onto Prince Street. The Lodge building is situated at the top of Prince Street on the left, on the corner of Prince Street and Dagger Lane.

Dagger Lane can be reached from Posterngate. Posterngate (one way traffic) may be reached via Princes Dock St (left turn from the A63.)

       Parking

There are some parking bays available in Princes Dock Street, South Church Side and Humber Dock Street (all pay & display 'til 6pm, then free). There is no parking on Dagger Lane itself (unless blue badge, then limited to 3 hours) nor on Prince Street. There is also parking at Princes Quay shopping centre which is open 24 hours. Zebedee's Yard on Posterngate is handy, only a minute's walk from the Lodge, but it closes at 2300 (11.00 pm); some Brethren park there and then move their cars after the Lodge meeting and before the Festive Board.

King William House Car Park is five minutes walk from the Lodge. https://www.apcoa.co.uk/parking-in/hull/king-william-house/ but the first three floors are all designated spots, so there may be stairs to negotiate. Pay by phone or card.

NB ~ Parking Enforcement  Officers are very keen in the Old Town area!
